Job Brief
We are seeking a leadership-driven, quality-focused Manager of Quality Assurance to join our team! Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in the management of quality assurance teams and a keen eye for detail and improving processes. The focus of the role is to oversee the quality assurance team, ensuring high levels of quality are reached.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with senior executives to ascertain department objectives, KPIs, and SLAs.
 - Inform staff of department goals and targets and assist with setting benchmarks to achieve them.
 - Ensure adequate training and hiring are completed for the quality assurance department.
 - Work alongside quality assurance agents to audit and review their work.
 - Manage performance reviews and appraisals for the quality assurance team.
 - Deal with escalated complaints from customers.
 - Resolve internal staff issues within the department.
 - Assist with the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees.
 - Provide department reports on performance.
 - Conduct regular audits on the department to ensure compliance.
 - Ensure regulatory compliance and quality checking are adhered to.
 
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
 - Minimum of 2 years previous experience in management or supervisory role
 - Minimum of 4 years previous experience within a quality assurance role
 - Ability to communicate with customers and other staff members
 - Strong problem-solving skills
 - Strong leadership skills
 - Able to work as part of a team and achieve team goals and targets
 - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
 - proficient in the use of computers and their software
 - Strong data-gathering and analysis skills
 - Able to formulate reports and present findings
 - Good interpersonal skills
 - Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail
 - Ability to multitask
