Symplicity

Symplicity is a software solutions provider for higher education, student affairs, and government agencies. It is not a public job board, but rather a platform that universities and colleges license to manage their career services operations. This platform, often branded with the university's name, includes a private job board for students and alumni.

Similar to Handshake, Symplicity allows a university's career center to manage employer relationships, post jobs and internships, schedule on-campus interviews, and organize career fairs. For students at a partner university, it is their primary portal for accessing career resources and job opportunities vetted by their institution. For employers, it's a way to target recruitment efforts at specific schools.
